As a key member of the Revenue Cycle Management team, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward by transforming patient care and improving patient outcomes.

Business Analyst

Location:
Hyderabad, India

Business Unit:
Revenue Cycle Management

Analyses complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences. Constructs recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on business data. Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements. May provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues. May directly produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools. A seasoned, experienced/fresher professional with complete understating of principals, concepts, practices and standards. May works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compilation of different dataset to fruitful result, which a layman can understand
• Work with Team leaders and understand the requirements and fulfill with his data intelligence ability.
• Identify the pain areas and give an insight into what is the problem or root cause of the problem.

Required Skills:

• Good understanding of end-to-end RCM processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Knowledge on Power BI is optional, but considered an additional benefit.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work in night shifts / US time zones

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Com/BCA/BSc IT preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in Reporting
