The Caterpillar Enterprise Strategy Group is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to pair quantitative techniques with business acumen, providing data-driven insight and analysis in support of our Rental& BCPGrowth Plans with dealers. Primary roles/responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Utilizing multiple data sets throughout the enterprise and dealer network to identify data discrepancies, patterns, trends,and business insights.
Serve as a primary analytics partner toproject teams,dealers,and cross‑functional stakeholders, ensuring analytical solutions directly support business decision‑makingfor Rental and BCP Growthprojects
Develop analytics tools and solutions in partnership with business stakeholderssupporting dealer growth plans.
Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives for enterprise leadership, dealer partners, and cross‑functional teams
Whatyouhave:
Intermediate to advanced Data Visualization (PowerBI) and Relational Database (SQL) skills
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex analytical insights into clear, actionable information for non-technical business audiences.
Extensive experience in Accuracy/Attention to Detail, Effective Communications, Business Data Analysis and Research Analysis
Working knowledge of ProductSolutionDesignDevelopment, Technical Documentation and Requirements Analysis
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, marketing, economics, statistics, or a similar field with quantitative coursework.

Prior experience in dealer-facing roles
Analytical programming experience (MicrosoftPower Automate, Pythonetc)
Demonstrated Leadership attributes experience (Intellectual Curiosity, Good Business Skills/Judgement and Courage/Emotional Intelligence)
Additional Information
A valid Swiss work permit or Swiss or EU-25/EFTA citizenship is required for this position.
This role requires up to 10% of business travel time.
