What you will do:

Business Intelligence (BI) is responsible for transforming data into reliable, actionable insights that support decision‑making across the organization. The BI function designs, builds, and maintains data models, dashboards, and reports that provide visibility into business performance, trends, risks, and opportunities. In short, BI acts as the single source of truth, enabling faster, better, and more informed decisions while improving transparency, efficiency, and accountability across the business.
Finance BI should be positioned as a central enabling function within Finance, with strong alignment to IT/Data Platforms
Additionally, the analyst coordinates the planning and execution of the Data Analytics project team, overseeing the project charter, communications, metrics, reporting, and overall project plan.

• Data integration & modeling: Consolidating data from multiple systems into a consistent, trusted data layer.

• Reporting & dashboards: Delivering automated reports and self‑service analytics for stakeholders.

• Performance management: Tracking KPIs, financial and operational metrics, and business outcomes.

• Insights & analysis: Identifying trends, anomalies, and root causes to support strategic and operational decisions.

• Data governance & quality: Ensuring accuracy, consistency, security, and proper data usage.

• Business partnership: Translating business questions into analytical solutions and enabling data‑driven culture.

Skills:

Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Applies structured problem‑solving, ensures data accuracy and consistency, and maintains trust in reported information.

Effective Communications: Communicates data, insights, and limitations clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences, adapting message to stakeholders.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Works effectively across Finance, IT, and business teams, aligning priorities and managing expectations.

Ownership, Accountability and Adaptability: Takes responsibility for deliverables, manages priorities, and adapts to changing requirements with professionalism and integrity.

Data Gathering and Analysis: Supports backlog refinement by translating business needs into clear data requirements and user stories, ensuring reliable data and smooth sprint delivery.

What you have:

- University degree

- English Pre-Advanced

- Knowledge in SQL Server

- Knowledge in Phyton

- Advanced Microsoft O365 (Power Platform - Power BI, Apps, Automate)

Top Candidates will also have:

- Advanced in Python

- Advanced SQL Server

- Previous Project Management experience (Black Belt/Lean)

Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week.
