Join us as a BI Analyst and play a key role in shaping the data insights and reporting processes that drive strategic decision‑making across our global technology organisation.
In this role, you will work at the heart of our Technology Operations team, influencing how critical data is captured, analysed, and presented to senior leaders. You’ll have the opportunity to modernise reporting processes, collaborate with multiple engineering teams, and work on a wide range of metrics spanning cost, effort, stability, product quality, security, and operational performance. With access to modern tools, cross‑team exposure, and an environment that encourages continuous learning, you’ll grow your BI capability while supporting real organisational impact.
Your key responsibilities as a Business Intelligence Analyst will include:
• Owning the workforce planning PowerApp and all downstream Power BI reporting used for project and resource forecasting.
• Managing Microsoft Fabric governance to ensure accurate baseline data availability within the lakehouse environment.
• Designing and delivering Power BI dashboards using data from Microsoft Fabric and third‑party tooling such as GitHub.
• Partnering with the Senior BI Analyst to identify automation opportunities and improve the efficiency of existing reporting processes.
• Leveraging AI tools to enhance the accuracy, speed, and quality of reporting outputs.
• Monitoring trends to ensure data completeness and proactively highlight insights and emerging patterns.
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Business Intelligence Analyst:
• You must have at least 4 years of professional experience in BI or data analysis roles.
• You will bring strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience working on complex data sets.
• You should have hands‑on expertise in Power BI, including building dashboards and data models.
• You will be proficient in data manipulation using Excel, DAX, Power Query, SQL, or Python.
• You should have experience working with Microsoft Fabric or similar modern data platforms.
