The Business Intelligence team is part of the Digital Enablement department, focused on helping clients digitize their operations and unlock value from their data. We support businesses in adopting new technologies and using data to make better decisions, reduce costs, and improve performance.
Our team works with business intelligence, reporting, and advanced analytics to provide insights that drive both strategic plans and everyday operations. We build scalable data architectures, design real-time data pipelines, and use machine learning and predictive models to detect trends and forecast results.
With clear and easy-to-understand visualizations and reporting tools, we enable clients to make data-driven decisions with confidence.
Radek is the manager of the team and has long experience in data analytics agenda from projects in the Czech Republic, Great Britain, Switzerland, Canada, United States or in the Middle East region. Apart from project responsibilities, Radek focuses on building trust and openness across the whole team. He believes that everyone in the team has something to learn from each other and therefore grow together. He likes traveling, sports and enjoys time with family.
We are looking for candidates to join our globally focused and agile Digital Enablement team based in Prague. Our team engages in Data Analytics, Data Science, and Data Architecture activities for clients both in the Czech Republic and internationally. We offer the opportunity to work with premier clients, projects, and technologies, enabling you to quickly broaden your experience and develop your skills.
Currently we are looking for a candidate who will initially perform data support for audit business and gradually develop both technical and soft skills to be involved in complex business intelligence projects. We welcome applications from recent graduates and early-career professionals for this junior position, which is ideal for those eager to grow and develop their capabilities.
You will:
Provide data support for audit activities by processing and analysing large datasets.
Perform data tests and checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
Actively communicate with clients and audit engagement teams to address data-related requests and resolve issues.
Support the implementation and integration of our automated data extraction platform within clients’ systems, ensuring smooth setup and data flow.
Assist in managing smaller projects or specific project tasks, contributing to timely and effective delivery.
Gradually expand your involvement in broader team activities,
Collaborate closely with colleagues in an agile team environment to build innovative, data-driven solutions that align with client needs.
Including:
Gathering and analysing business requirements.
Translating business needs into technical specifications.
Designing effective data solutions.
Creating reports and interactive data visualizations.
Automating data flows and processing.
At least one year of experience in business data analysis, reporting, data warehousing, or similar fields.
Interest in working with large datasets and data analysis, with a strong motivation to develop skills in business intelligence and data automation.
Good organizational skills and basic understanding of project management, capable of assisting in managing smaller tasks or project parts.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, able to effectively collaborate with both internal teams and external partners.
At least one year of experience with business data analysis, reporting, data warehousing or similar.
Willingness to learn new technologies and expand skills in SQL, Power BI, ETL, and other data analysis and visualization tools.
Flexibility and adaptability to a dynamic, fast-changing environment, with readiness to work within an international agile team.
Basic knowledge of audit processes and IT solution implementations is a plus.
Proficiency in English and Czech.
