Location: 100% Remote
Pay: $30.00/hour

We are seeking a data-driven Business Intelligence Analyst to join a fast-growing organization and help drive business decisions through data. This is a highly visible role that partners with operations, product, and leadership teams to deliver insights that impact performance and strategy.

This position is ideal for someone who is strong in SQL, comfortable working with large datasets, and able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, insights, and business opportunities
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Perform deep-dive analysis and root cause investigations
• Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Translate data findings into clear, concise insights for non-technical audiences
• Partner with cross-functional teams including operations, product, and technical teams
• Support ad hoc reporting and data requests

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
• Strong SQL skills required
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight, or similar)
• Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Background Check and Drug Screening Required

Preferred Experience

• Experience with ETL processes or data pipelines
• Scripting experience (Python preferred)
• Experience with AWS tools (Redshift, S3, etc.)
• Background in operations, product, or business analytics
