Minimum Qualification Required

• Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4

Minimum Experience

• Minimum 5 years short-term insurance experience
• Minimum 5 years Claims experience
• Minimum 3 years Claims Investigations experience
• Solid understanding of claims systems and claims procedures: inclusive of claims, investigations, and legaldepartment processes
• Commercial Claims experience will be beneficial

Deliverables include, but will not be limited to

• Managing validations of business claims, all skill sets.
• Reaching company goals and targets set for the BI Investigations department.
