About the Opportunity
The Senior Business Insights Consultant, Global Enablement is a strategic individual contributor responsible for transforming operational data into actionable business insights that drive performance across the Global Enablement organization. This role serves as the trusted analytics partner for Enablement and Operations leadership by providing visibility into workforce performance, case distribution, productivity, operational health, and global enablement key performance indicators (KPIs).
The role combines business acumen, analytics expertise, and strategic thinking to identify opportunities, influence decision-making, and improve operational effectiveness. The Senior Business Insights Consultant develops enterprise reporting solutions, establishes performance measurement frameworks, and delivers recommendations that support workforce optimization, operational excellence, and organizational strategy.
What You'll Get to Do
• Strategic Business Insights
◦ Serve as the primary analytics partner to Global Enablement leadership by delivering meaningful operational and strategic insights.
◦ Translate complex business questions into analytical solutions that support executive decision-making.
◦ Identify trends, risks, and opportunities using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
◦ Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders in a clear and compelling manner.
• Workforce Performance Analytics
◦ Develop and maintain performance scorecards that measure productivity, utilization, efficiency, quality, and capacity across the Global Enablement organization.
◦ Analyze workforce trends to identify opportunities for improved performance and resource optimization.
◦ Support workforce planning through forecasting, capacity modeling, and productivity analysis.
◦ Recommend performance improvement initiatives based on analytical findings.
• Operational Effectiveness
◦ Analyze operational performance across the Global Enablement organization to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
◦ Monitor workload balancing, backlog trends, aging, throughput, productivity, and overall operational outputs.
◦ Evaluate operational processes and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and business outcomes.
◦ Measure operational effectiveness through data-driven performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
◦ Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process optimization opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Executive KPI Management
◦ Design, implement, and govern Global Enablement KPIs aligned with organizational objectives.
◦ Build executive dashboards and performance scorecards that provide real-time visibility into business health.
◦ Standardize KPI definitions and reporting methodologies across the organization.
◦ Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and governance.
• Business Intelligence & Reporting
◦ Develop scalable dashboards and automated reporting solutions using business intelligence tools.
◦ Improve reporting efficiency through automation and process optimization.
◦ Maintain documentation for metrics, reporting logic, and dashboard governance.
◦ Ensure data quality and integrity across reporting environments.
• Cross-Functional Partnership
◦ Collaborate with Operations, Workforce Management, Business Intelligence, Finance, Product, and Business Systems teams.
◦ Support strategic initiatives through analytical modeling and business case development.
◦ Influence operational improvements through data-driven recommendations.
◦ Act as a subject matter expert for operational analytics within Global Enablement.
• Continuous Improvement
◦ Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and eliminate manual effort.
◦ Champion data-driven decision-making across the organization.
◦ Introduce best practices in business intelligence, visualization, and performance management.
◦ Evaluate emerging analytical tools and methodologies that improve organizational insight.
Skills and Experience We Value
• 6 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Workforce Analytics, Operations Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience supporting global operations, customer support, enablement, or shared services organizations.
• Experience developing executive dashboards and performance reporting frameworks.
• Experience influencing business decisions through analytical insights.
• Experience with workforce management concepts including forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and productivity measurement.
• Experience working with CRM or case management platforms such as Salesforce, Dayforce Case Management, or ServiceNow.
• Advanced experience using Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent visualization platforms.
• Strong SQL and data modeling experience.
• Experience with enterprise data warehouses and cloud analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence methodologies.
