Role Designation: Hybrid with a requirement to go into our Markham office once or twice a month.
In this role, you will support the delivery of business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across Operations. You willworkwith large datasets to uncover insights,identifyopportunities, and support the development of reporting and analytics solutions that improve operational performance.
You’llplay a key role in a new and evolving environment, contributing to the growth of Allstate’s direct sales channel. By combining strong analytical thinking with technical skills, you will help ensure data isaccurate, accessible, andactionable—supportingboth day-to-day business needs and longer-term strategicobjectives
Accountabilities
Analyze large and complex datasets toidentifytrends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement and growth
Aggregate,validate, and prepare data to ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting and insights
Develop andmaintainreports and dashboards to support operational and business decision-making
Partner with stakeholders to gather and document data and reporting requirements
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards
Identifyand resolve data issues, system discrepancies, and reporting challenges
Uncover actionable insights and communicate findings to support business improvements
Contribute to the development of metrics and ensure alignment across BI solutions
Support application and reporting projects as a data subject matter expert
Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
Demonstrated experience working with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI
Proficiencyin Excel andworking with large datasets
Familiarity with data querying or coding tools (e.g., SQL or similar)
Strong attention to detail, with the ability toidentifydata quality issues and inconsistencies
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and support requirements gathering
Curiosity and a proactive mindset, with a desire to explore data and uncover opportunities

Compensation
Expected compensation for this role ranges from $ 66,200.00 - 107,150.00 annually. Actual salary offered to successful candidates will vary based on their skills and experience.
