Is this your next role?
The Business Insight Analyst plays a pivotal role in transforming complex, multi‑source data into clear, actionable insights that directly shape strategic and operational decisions at senior leadership and executive levels.
This position is deeply data‑driven and Power BI‑focused, with a strong emphasis on data storytelling, commercial insight, and evidence‑based recommendations. Operating within the Office of the Chief Commercial Officer, the role partners closely with senior leaders to influence strategy, optimise performance, and uncover opportunities for growth, efficiency, and improved commercial outcomes.
The analyst acts as a trusted advisor—translating analytical findings into compelling narratives that drive alignment, inform prioritisation, and support high‑impact decision‑making across the commercial organisation.

Are you passionate about transforming complex data into powerful insights that influence real business outcomes? Do you thrive in a fast‑paced, commercially driven environment where your work directly supports senior leadership? If so, this is an opportunity to make a genuine impact at the heart of our commercial organisation.
You’ll dive into a wide range of internal and external data to uncover the trends, risks, and opportunities that matter. You’ll turn complex information into clear, commercially focused insights that help senior leaders make confident decisions.

Deliver concise, executive‑ready reporting and commentary for leadership forums, the Board, and the Risk Committee
Assess how external drivers — market conditions, competitor behaviour, customer trends — impact business performance
Identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes, operational efficiency, and commercial performance
