Business Information Analyst GCC
To provide support to the Wholesale business management activities, and to develop and mantain a managerial control framework for Wholesale Brazil, in order to provide effective and efficient management tools and information to the Wholesale Brazil leadership and the Management Team (MT).
Main Responsabilities:
Translate the several Wholesale Brazil (South America) performance indicators in reports and presentations;
Provide management reporting, including periodically reporting on actual performance, budgeting and forecasts, focusing on financial (P/L, B/S, ROIC, Economic Capital) and non-financial (risk, customers, processes, new clients) aspects of the business;
Constantly monitoring and reporting on the KPIs of the various Wholesale departments;
Maintain excellent relationships with all relevant shareholders in Brazil and in other regions;
Build and maintain a strong internal relationship network and act as key contact for the Wholesale business management activities;
Stay updated on the latest developments of the businesses, both internal (policies, guidelines, funding, etc) and external (market environment);
Prepare and develop the management reports;
Support the relationship managers on questions related to the financial performance of Wholesale Brazil;
Challenges the business processes and flows in a constructive way, aiming at continuosly improving performance;
Combine external and internal trends and data sources into tangible financial impact analyses (scenario analysis, MTPs, forecasts);
Provide new ideas by combining data into analysis that lead to actionable insights for the business;
Benchmarking performance of business lines and regions to their internal and external peers to create actionable insights for potential performance improvements;
Monitor and report onClient Link inputs (i.e. account plans, call reports, opportunities), operational risk incidents, compliance trainings, correction of audit findings, among others;
Assess the cases that will be submitted to the client committee, discussing relevant issues with Relationship Managers and others stakeholders, and supporting the head of Wholesale on the cases submitted;
Be the Wholesale representative in projects being implemented by Rabobank with direct or indirect impact in the business;
Provide support in the management of the operational riskand compliance activities related to Wholesale Brazil, such as SIRA, Archer, among others;
Manage the periodic review of Wholesale's controls, policies and manuals
Be the compliance, privacy and other themes champion for Wholesale, responsible for the control of insiders, conflicts of interest and compliance trainings and other champions demands;
Support the Head and the Business Manager of Wholesale in variable bank's demands.
Main Requirements:
- Accounting, Economic, Admnistration or related degree;
- Advanced skills in English;
- Knowledge in financial planning;
- Business Inteligence/dashboards tools knowledge, Excel and database knowledge;
- AI Value Seeker;
- Independent business challenger;
- Good communication skills (both oral and written), nterpersonal relationship skills, and collaborative behaviour.
Desirable Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge with powerpoint;
- Knowledge in banking products and credit and risk;
- Intermediate Power BI knowledge;
-VBA and Python knowledge.
