This role, with the guidance of the line manager, responsible for coordinating and preparing fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds investing in alternative asset classes such as real estate, private equity, debt, and infrastructure, as well as corporate structures. The role supports the end-to-end client onboarding process by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to operational teams. Key responsibilities include conducting World Check and screening activities, assisting with AML/KYC analysis and internal database management, supporting internal compliance approval processes, completing bank account opening documentation, preparing service agreements, and participating in client and stakeholder calls when required. The position also involves assisting with the review of legal documents for structure setup, facilitating communication between Luxembourg and internal stakeholders, and supporting the Luxembourg Business Implementation team in completing onboarding documentation to ensure timely delivery of client requirements and a seamless onboarding experience.
