Job overview:Schneider is seeking a Senior Business Implementation Coordinator in Green Bay to serve as Schneiders' primary internal point of contact during the onboarding phase. The Senior Business Implementation Coordinator will work with both customers and Schneider teams to successfully implement new business and ensure all required start-up tasks are completed. Responsibilities:Lead start-up project plans for multiple accounts at a time. Act as a liaison between Schneider support departments, sales and the customer. Serve as a resource for all parties during start-up through day 90 of the business. Understand quote-to-cash and Statement of Expectations (SOE) processes and requirements for all start-up activities. Keep documentation of all notes within the SOE pertaining to start-ups through 90-day business reviews. Facilitate start-up meetings based on the scope, size and complexity of the new business. Communicate with customers regarding Schneider procedures and transition timelines. Partner with internal departments to identify potential issues with new business and outline action plans.
Skills and qualifications:Associate degree in business or equivalent work experience. At least 2 years of customer service experience preferred. Transportation industry experience is a plus. Comfortable working with analytical data from various sources. Proven ability to influence without direct authority.
