
You will join ASML’s Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (TA CoE) in Europe. This team supports continuous improvement across Talent Acquisition by optimizing processes, creating clear knowledge, and enabling consistent ways of working. In thisinternship, you contribute directly to improving how Talent Acquisition Advisors experience their daily work. Your insights and outputs help make tools, processes, and knowledge easier to understand and use. This internship offers hands-on experience in process improvement, innovation, and stakeholder collaboration within a global organization.
During this internship, you work on practical improvements that support Talent Acquisition Advisors in working efficiently and consistently. You focus on understanding existing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating insights into usable outputs. You collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition stakeholders across Europe and learn how operational excellence is supported in a complex environment.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Map selected Talent Acquisition processes end to end, including issues, service levels, escalation routes, and best practices
Identify opportunities where innovation can support Talent Acquisition processes and propose practical use cases
Review how Talent Acquisition Advisors use core systems through interviews and basic research
Summarize findings into clear insights, recommendations, and improvement opportunities
Collect and structure system pain points and capability gaps into practical enablement materials
Improve the structure and usability of the Talent Acquisition SharePoint environment within Europe
Support the creation of engaging training content, such as short, AI‑supported learning materials
This is a bachelor or master internship (non thesis) for minimum 5 months, minimum 4 days per week (hybrid).The start date of this internship is as of September 1st.
To be suitable for the internship, you:
Are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, human resources, psychology, communication, data analytics, or a related field
Translate information from stakeholders into clear and structured outputs, such as process maps or guides
Communicate confidently in written English in an international environment
Work in a structured and collaborative way across different stakeholder groups
Are comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Other requirements you need to meet:
You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
Attach your cover letter with a clear motivation why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular;
You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.
If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
