What’s the role?

As a Business Home Lending Manager, you’ll partner with Commercial Banking Relationship Managers across Victoria, acting as the home lending specialist for business customers.

Based in Melbourne, you’ll be the go-to expert for home lending conversations—identifying opportunities, simplifying complexity, and delivering tailored solutions that align to both personal and broader business needs.

This is a customer-facing role, where you’ll engage with customers, bankers, brokers and stakeholders to deliver a seamless end-to-end experience. With a steady flow of referrals, you can focus on building trusted relationships, providing expert advice, and driving strong customer outcomes, quality outcomes, and providing trusted advice that supports both personal and broader business strategies.

What do I need?

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing home lending role, with strong credit and product knowledge
  • Experience supporting business or commercial banking customers, with the ability to understand broader financial needs
  • A strong relationship builder who partners effectively with stakeholders and consistently delivers for customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and convert opportunities, manage a healthy pipeline, and achieve results.
  • Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, and highly effective organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment—proactively reviewing portfolios, uncovering opportunities and driving customer outcomes.
