What’s the role?

As a Business Home Lending Manager, you will work closely with our Relationship Managers in Westpac’s business segment, as a key specialist and home lending expert, helping clients access tailored home loan solutions in line with their growth strategies.

This is a customer-facing role, where you’ll engage with clients, bankers, brokers and other stakeholders to deliver an exceptional experience. Referrals come directly from Relationship Managers, allowing you to focus on building strong relationships and delivering great outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in a growing team while helping to drive success for our SME Customers on the Gold Coast in QLD.

What do I need?

  • Proven experience in customer-facing, home lending roles.
  • Experience working with business and commercial banking clients will be highly regarded.
  • You thrive on building relationships, exceeding customer expectations, and achieving results.
  • Strong commercial acumen, ability to manage detail, and exceptional organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced role, conducting portfolio reviews in order to strengthen client relationships.
