We are looking for a Business Head – Owndays to lead and scale the business across key markets.
This is a full P&L ownership role, responsible for driving growth, profitability, and customer experience while building a scalable, tech-enabled, and high-performing business As a core member of the leadership team, you will partner closely with the CEO to translate strategy into data-led, system-driven execution across geographies.
This role requires a hands-on operator with a strong commercial and operational lens, who can leverage technology, data, and automation to drive smarter decisions and scalable growth
What You’ll Drive:
Business Ownership & Growth
Own end-to-end P&L—revenue, margins, and profitability
Define and execute growth strategy across markets and channels
Use data and insights to identify and unlock new opportunities for scale
2. Tech-Enabled Retail & Customer Experience
Drive store performance—conversion, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Enable omnichannel and tech-led customer journeys across touchpoints
Leverage data and tools to improve in-store experience and decision-making
3. Supply Chain & Operations
Oversee supply chain, inventory, logistics, and manufacturing alignment
Drive efficiency, speed, and cost optimization across the value chain
Build scalable, system-driven processes to support multi-market growth
4. Data, Systems & Decisioning
Drive adoption of real-time dashboards, analytics, and performance tracking systems
Move from reactive reporting to forward-looking, insight-led decision-making
Identify opportunities to embed automation and tech-enabled workflows across operations
5. Expansion & Market Scaling
Lead market entry, store expansion, and network growth
Ensure operational readiness and seamless integration of new markets
Build repeatable, system-led playbooks for scaling across geographies
6. Financial & Performance Management
Own key business metrics—revenue, margins, cost efficiency, inventory turns
Drive strong performance governance through data visibility and structured reviews
Partner with finance on planning, forecasting, and profitability
7. Team & Leadership
Build and lead high-performing teams across functions
Create a culture of ownership, speed, and data-driven decision-making
Strengthen leadership depth and organizational capability
8. Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner closely with CEO and leadership team to drive outcomes
Align merchandising, marketing, supply chain, and operations to business goals
Who You Are:
Proven business leader in retail, consumer, or omnichannel businesses
Strong track record of owning and scaling P&L across markets
Deep understanding of retail operations, supply chain, and customer experience
Experience in multi-market / international environments
And importantly:

You are tech-forward, comfortable leveraging data, dashboards, and tools
You bring a builder mindset—focused on scalability, automation, and continuous improvement
Strong commercial acumen with high ownership and execution bias
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth setups
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in Japanese and English
Preferred Background:
Experience in retail, lifestyle, or QSR chains
Exposure to Japan and Southeast Asia markets
Experience in high-growth or founder-led environments
