Define and drive the overall business strategy aligned with organizational goals

Leverage customer insights, market trends, and competitive benchmarking
Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience and engagement
Ensure the business remains relevant and differentiated
Build and lead high-performing teams
Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and performance
Mentor and develop future leaders within the organization
12+ years of experience in business management, category leadership, or general management roles
Strong experience in P&L ownership and driving business growth
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer businesses preferred
