About the Role

We are looking for a commercially driven Business Growth Specialist – Payroll & HR Operations to join our Client Acquisition team in Dubai.

This role is ideal for someone with B2B business development experience who enjoys building relationships, identifying business opportunities and helping companies find practical solutions to their payroll and HR operational needs.

You will be responsible for acquiring new clients across the UAE, particularly SMEs, startups and international businesses, by understanding their requirements and presenting tailored solutions across outsourced payroll, HR operations and compliance services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE, targeting SMEs, startups and international companies.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, cold outreach, digital prospecting and industry events.
• Engage with business owners, founders, HR leaders and other decision-makers to understand their payroll, HR operations and compliance requirements.
• Present S&K's service offerings, including outsourced payroll, HR-as-a-Service, WPS compliance, end-of-service benefits and HR operations support.
• Prepare proposals, discuss pricing and service scope, manage negotiations and convert opportunities into long-term client relationships.
• Maintain structured follow-ups throughout the sales cycle, from initial engagement to contract closure.
• Coordinate with internal payroll and HR operations teams to ensure accurate service scoping and a smooth client onboarding process.
• Build strong client relationships to support retention, renewals, referrals and opportunities to expand existing services.
• Monitor UAE market trends, competitor offerings and regulatory developments to identify new business opportunities and strengthen sales positioning.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates and sales activity reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–6 years of B2B sales or business development experience in the UAE.
• Experience selling payroll outsourcing, HR services, accounting, compliance or other professional services is highly advantageous.
• Understanding of the UAE business landscape, particularly SMEs and international companies operating in the region.
• Working knowledge of UAE payroll processes, WPS, end-of-service benefits and relevant employment compliance requirements, or the ability to develop this knowledge quickly.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience preparing proposals, managing a sales pipeline and working towards revenue targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Valid UAE driving licence.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded individual who takes ownership of business development from lead generation through to closure. You should be comfortable approaching decision-makers, asking the right questions, handling objections and building trust through a consultative sales approach.

The ideal candidate is organised, persistent and able to explain business services clearly to clients without relying on technical jargon. You should also be comfortable working closely with internal teams to ensure that the solutions sold can be delivered effectively.
