Role Purpose:
Focuses on accelerating business growth, optimizing digital channels, leveraging data/technology, and scaling partner networks.
This includes building up the strategy and action plan, setting up business capability and Partner network across the Country, under the direction of the Chubb Vietnam’s Business (Digital and Partnership) Development Management and Regional Head of Digital Distribution/DM/ Travel/ Corporate/ Digital Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth strategies for Consumer and Digital channels, focusing on revenue acceleration and market expansion.
- Set clear, data-driven targets and action plans to optimize business performance.
- Monitor and adjust strategies based on market insights and digital analytics.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with financial institutions, fintechs, e-commerce, retail, and alternative channels.
- Lead negotiations and onboarding of new partners, ensuring seamless integration with Chubb’s digital platforms.
- Co-create and launch innovative insurance solutions with partners.
- Oversee digital system optimization and process improvements to support scalable growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects efficiently.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities using digital tools and market intelligence.
- Collaborate with Product, Underwriting, Legal, Compliance, and IT teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Support product development and digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage and develop partner relationships to maximize growth and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Foster long-term collaboration and mutual success.
- Continuously scan for new growth opportunities and adapt strategies to changing market conditions.
- Leverage digital analytics to identify trends and gaps.
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Promote a culture of innovation and teamwork.
- Prepare and present business growth reports, dashboards, and insights for management and partners.
- Use data to drive decision-making and performance improvement.
- Support training and development for team members and partners’ staff on Chubb products and digital tools.
- Foster continuous learning and professional growth.
- Represent Chubb in industry events and forums to enhance brand presence.
- Undertake special projects and other tasks as assigned by management.
- Take on additional responsibilities and special projects to support business growth.
- Actively contribute to company-wide initiatives and digital transformation.
- Develop and maintain a continuous programme of self-improvement in conjunction with relevant management.
- Generally, create a Chubb market presence by active participation in the development of Chubb Vietnam.
- Other works to be assigned from time to time.
- Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economic / Trading / Banking / Business Management or related fields
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance, fintech, banking, or digital business development.
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth, revenue acceleration, and market expansion.
- Experience in identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities, including partner acquisition and channel expansion.
- Strong analytical skills: ability to interpret market trends, customer insights, and digital analytics to inform business decisions.
- Proven track record in building and nurturing strategic partnerships with financial institutions, fintechs, e-commerce, retail, and alternative channels.
- Experience launching innovative products or solutions in collaboration with partners.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives and change management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive in identifying new business opportunities and adapting to market changes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
