Remuneration Salary + Commission

Main Duties:

• Develop long-term relationships with business owners across Malta
• Understand each client's objectives, challenges and opportunities
• Identify growth opportunities through consultative discussions and digital marketing insights
• Recommend tailored solutions that help businesses strengthen their online presence and generate new opportunities
• Prepare and present professional proposals with confidence
• Manage your client portfolio with ownership, professionalism and accountability
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM platform
• Consistently achieve commercial objectives while delivering exceptional value to your clients
• Continuously develop your knowledge of business, digital marketing, AI and emerging technologies

What skills do you need?

• Strong ambition (sales experience is a plus)
• Confident, credible communicators who are fully fluent in Maltese and English
• Curious, commercially minded thinkers who enjoy solving business challenges
• Goal-driven fast learners motivated by personal and client growth
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive team players
• Licensed drivers
