Job Description

What to Expect

Tesla is seeking an experienced Outbound Campaign Manager to join our Americas Sales and Delivery Organization, supporting the Business Generation team. In this high-impact role, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of outbound experiential programs designed to increase brand awareness, drive top-of-funnel demand, and convert physical engagement into sales opportunities.

You will own how Tesla reaches customers outside the store - defining activation strategy, scaling high-performing event formats, and partnering with Regional Campaign Leads to execute consistently across markets. You will drive cross-functional alignment with field, product, and central partners, and build the plays and standards that turn one-off activations into a repeatable outbound engine. Your work will have a direct, measurable impact on event volume, foot traffic, opportunity creation, demo drives, and conversion.

This role can be located at any Sales, Service or Delivery location in the United States.

What You’ll Do

  • Own outbound experiential strategy end-to-end - prioritizing where and how Tesla physically reaches customers (events, activations, pop-ups, and on-site experiences) to grow new demand
  • Design and scale high-performing activation formats and national plays; set standards for execution quality, staffing, and customer journey so regions run a consistent outbound motion
  • Influence the Regional Campaign Leads and field leadership to plan, launch, and optimize local outbound campaigns aligned to national priorities and market opportunity
  • Own Tier 1 experiential opportunities from end-to-end including planning, set up, and execution of these opportunities

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience owning experiential, event, or outbound campaign programs in a multi-market or field organization, with clear results on awareness, traffic, and conversion
  • Highly organized operator with exceptional execution, stakeholder management, and a bias for speed — comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities
