  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA, and business stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring business objectives are translated into effective technical solutions.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications and solution designs.

  • Solid understanding of Core Banking processes, banking data models, and domains such as customer onboarding, accounts, payments, lending, securities, and transaction processing.

  • Experience with API-led integrations, REST services, microservices architecture, event-driven solutions (Kafka/MQ), and enterprise integration patterns.

  • Advanced technical proficiency in SQL, Oracle databases, API lifecycle management, and tools such as Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, Jira, Confluence, and UML/BPMN modelling tools.

  • Proven experience working in Agile environments, managing initiatives end-to-end, and collaborating effectively within large-scale financial services organizations.

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, combined with a proactive, autonomous, and ownership-driven approach; fluent in English and professionally proficient in Dutch or French.
