Project Role Description : Support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. Activities include analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization.

As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall performance of a designated business function from start to finish. This includes working closely with various stakeholders to analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the design or redesign of workflows and organizational components. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of the business function to ensure seamless integration of changes that drive efficiency and effectiveness across the entire function.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to align business function improvements with organizational goals and strategies.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of process changes.
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement and achievement of desired outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Strategy and Assessment.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in managing and guiding teams through complex project implementations.
- Ability to develop strategic solutions that address multi-team challenges and drive business function enhancements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Cloud Strategy and Assessment.
- This position is based at our BDC7B - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
