Douglas County is seeking a motivated, analytical, forward-thinking professional to join our team!
This is a professional position responsible to provide a high level of business, financial and data systems support of various federal, state, local, and private contracts, agreements, and grants. The position requires a broad knowledge of public agency processes, along with expertise in grant administration, program development, and public engagement. The work varies from project to project, with assignments involving coordination and communication with leadership, internal staff and community partners.
Generally, the hiring range is $68,953-$86,191 annually. Qualifications, education and experience as it relates to the position will be taken into consideration when determining hiring salary.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Public Administration, Accounting, Finance, or closely related field. And, three (3) years of progressively responsible public administration, project administration, or closely related experience. Candidates with governmental budgeting experience are preferred. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
