Job Description

Our client is a leading investment holding company, principally involved in the trading of information technology and information communication technology (IT and ICT) related products and services, property construction, property development, property investment, and moneylending businesses, finance and accounting services and solutions.

They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business & Financial Analyst to join their dynamic team lcoated in Johor Bahru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and business analysis, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving. As a Business & Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients make informed decisions and achieve their financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct financial analysis and prepare detailed reports on findings
Perform market research and analyze industry trends
Develop financial models and forecasts
Identify areas for cost reduction and revenue growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and solutions
Present findings and recommendations to clients and senior management
Monitor and track financial performance and provide regular updates
Assist in budget planning and forecasting
Stay updated on industry developments and regulations
Provide support in various ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or business consulting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to converse in Mandarin is required.
Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Proven track record of delivering high-quality work and meeting targets
