Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the Trucks & Buses business.
  • Monitor business performance, revenue, margins, and profitability; provide actionable insights.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to support strategic and commercial decisions.
  • Conduct profitability, pricing, and cost analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare management reports, dashboards, and performance reviews for leadership.
  • Evaluate business cases, investments, and growth initiatives through financial modeling.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and governance requirements.

Experience

10-15 years

Industry Preferred

Automobile and Heavy Commercials

Qualifications

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  • 10-15 years of post-qualification experience in Business Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Corporate Finance.
  • Experience in the Automotive, Commercial Vehicles (CV), Trucks & Buses, Manufacturing, or Industrial sectors preferred.
