In this role, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives and change programs across Derivatives Operations and Settlements.
  • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring timely execution of project milestones, deliverables, and business objectives.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements, priorities, implementation plans, and success metrics.
  • Drive issue resolution and escalation management to minimize execution risks and delivery impacts.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with senior leaders across Operations, Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Finance.
  • Facilitate decision-making forums and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for strategic execution and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, project reporting, and executive communications.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, and control concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards.
  • Evaluate existing business processes and recommend efficiencies, automation opportunities, and control enhancements.
  • Support transformation programs aimed at improving scalability, operational performance, and client service.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven insights and business analysis.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, status reports, and management updates.
  • Present program health, project performance metrics, key risks, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure transparency and accountability across all managed initiatives.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience in Business Execution, Program Management, Project Management, Operations Change Management, or Strategic Delivery.
  • Experience supporting Capital Markets, Derivatives, Financial Markets Operations, Settlement Operations, or related business functions.
  • Strong project management and execution capabilities with a proven track record of managing complex initiatives.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working in cross-functional and global team environments.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.


Required Qualifications for Europe, Middle East & Africa only:

  • Experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience within Derivatives Operations, Trade Settlements, Clearing, Margin, or Financial Market Infrastructure functions.
  • Knowledge of operational risk and control frameworks.
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and change management practices.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Project reporting tools.
  • PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or similar project management certifications.
  • Success Measures - The individual will be successful by:

    • Delivering strategic initiatives on time and within agreed objectives.
    • Maintaining strong governance and stakeholder confidence.
    • Effectively managing project risks, dependencies, and escalations.
    • Driving measurable operational improvements and efficiencies.

Business Execution Consultant (AVP) responsible for leading complex, cross-functional business initiatives within Derivatives Operations and Settlements. Provides strategic execution leadership, governance oversight, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and delivery coordination across Operations, Product, and Technology organizations. Drives transformation programs, process improvements, and business-critical projects while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
