About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate
In this role, you will:
Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups
Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities
Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives
Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners
Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
Required Qualifications:
6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Total 3-5 years of proven experience with Functional testing, System Testing and & Acceptance Testing (Alpha and beta Testing)
• Total 2+ years of Agile and Scrum experience
• Total 1+ years of Automation testing of web/windows based applications and backend systems.
• Knowledge on below are added advantage

Job Expectations:
Ability to work in second shift (1:30 PM to 10:30 PM), weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
ISTQB certified (Foundation and Agile)
Understanding of SDLC models- Waterfall & Agile and Testing Life Cycle.
Experience working in Agile and Scrum- Understand Scrum, Sprint lifecycle, Scrum artifacts, Scrum ceremonies
Experience on Test Management tool- ALM and other tools- JIRA, SQL Developer etc.
Hands on experience with test automation using Selenium.(Beginner)
Have an understanding of Core Java & SQL.
Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
Knowledge and understanding of user acceptance testing
Ability to be proactive, innovative and creative in satisfying customer and enterprise need
Ability to meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
