Job Description

UNNATI program at DICV is one of the key programs to secure Aspiration 2030 by driving profitable growth through strategic and operative steering.
The Business Excellence Manager leads the governance and execution of the UNNATI portfolio by partnering with business and finance leaders to identify, prioritize, track, and realize business impact. She/he needs to drive portfolio transparency, performance management, and continuous improvement while coaching and directing PMO resources supporting the program.

Program Governance and Execution

  • Lead the governance cadence of Program UNNATI, including work package reviews, Steering Committee meetings, and management reviews.
  • Maintain portfolio visibility across initiatives, milestones, dependencies, risks, and benefit realization.
  • Act as custodian of the UNNATI initiative lifecycle (IL1-IL5), ensuring governance compliance, data integrity, and reporting discipline.
  • Drive execution rigor by challenging initiative owners on progress, commitments, and delivery timelines.
  • Facilitate working sessions to resolve bottlenecks and accelerate execution.

    Performance Management

  • Own portfolio performance management, including KPIs, dashboards, forecasts, and management reporting.
  • Partner with Finance Controllers to validate initiative benefits and reconcile business impacts.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and transparency of benefit tracking and realization reporting.
  • Monitor plan-versus-actual performance and provide forward-looking insights on risks, gaps, and delivery outlook.
  • Translate operational improvements into validated financial outcomes and value realization.

    Business Partnering and Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with Business PMOs, Work Package Leads, Finance Controllers, and functional leaders to drive portfolio performance.
  • Align stakeholders on priorities, targets, assumptions, and reporting standards.
  • Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve critical issues impacting delivery and benefit realization.
  • Support leadership decision-making through structured analyses, recommendations, and executive reviews.

    Continuous Improvement & Digital Enablement

  • Drive continuous improvement of UNNATI governance, execution processes, and portfolio management practices.
  • Lead reporting automation, dashboard enhancement, and digitization initiatives.
  • Standardize KPIs, reporting structures, and management dashboards to improve comparability and transparency.
  • Generate portfolio insights and identify opportunities to improve execution effectiveness and value delivery.

Engineering, Commerce, Economics, Finance, or related discipline. MBA preferred.

6-8 years of experience in Business Excellence, PMO, Consulting, Transformation, Finance, Operations, or Strategy roles.

Experience in cross-functional program management and governance.
Exposure to business case development, financial analysis, and value realization.
Experience engaging with senior business stakeholders.
