Your new role
As a Business Ethics and Compliance Manager, you will:
· Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and internal policies.
· Develop and implement the Affiliate Compliance Programme, including training, risk assessments, monitoring, and audit readiness.
· Drive training sessions and awareness initiatives to promote compliance and ethical standards across the organisation.
· Assess compliance risks and manage action plans to mitigate these risks effectively.
· Monitor compliance activities and ensure audit readiness through health checks and spot checks.
· Support incident reporting and internal investigations, ensuring timely resolution and promoting a culture of transparency and trust.

Your Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who can bring the following skills and experience to the role:
Need to have:
· A bachelor’s degree in Law (advanced degree preferred).
· Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance or business ethics roles.
· Proven expertise in managing compliance programmes and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
· Fluent English (spoken and written).
· Compliance-related education or professional certifications (e.g., compliance, ethics).
· Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
