Duration 6 months

Starting salary 40PLN/Hour

Location Krakow/ Cracow

Working pattern: Minimum 20 hours per week

At Rolls-Royce we are proud to be a business that has truly helped to shape the modern world and are committed to always being a force for progress; powering, protecting and connecting people everywhere.

By joining Rolls-Royce in an Emerging Talent programme, you'll have the opportunity to work on world-class solutions, supported by a culture that believes individuality is our greatest strength, and all perspectives, experiences and backgrounds help us innovate and enable our high-performance culture.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get a real insight into our business and contribute to solving challenges that impact various areas of our business, from HR, Finance Procurement and more. On a 6-month internship with us, you'll get the chance to experience it first-hand.

What you’ll be doing:

Thanks to a combination of digital learning and on-the-job training, you’ll build a wealth of new skills with the help of industry experts.

This is your chance to gain a fantastic insight into a leading, global business but it’s up to you to make the most of it. Opportunities following on from this programme could be a role directly within the business as an experienced hire (subject to performance and roles’ availability).

Who we’re looking for:

  • Final-year university student, studying any business subject
  • You’ll need to be open-minded, curious, collaborative and agile – someone who enjoys problem solving and who recognises the power of teamwork
  • You'll also need to be proficient in German (B2) and English (B2).

Our behaviours drive us - we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference. We’ll expect that of you, too.

What we offer:

  • Hands-on experience enabling you to develop key professional skills
  • The opportunity to gain insight into a dynamic working environment
  • Support to build your network with expert guidance

Our vision is to ensure that the excellence and ingenuity that shaped our history continues into our future. Our multi-year transformation programme aims to turn Rolls-Royce into a high-performing, competitive, resilient and growing company. Join us, and it can be your future vision too.

Rolls-Royce are committed to being a respectful, inclusive, and non-discriminatory workplace where individuality is valued, diverse perspectives fuel innovation, and everyone can thrive.
