
Tenaska Marketing Ventures (TMV) is seeking a forward-thinking and analytically driven Business Enablement Specialist to join our team in Omaha, NE. The Specialist plays a key role in advancing the Business Optimization & Innovation team’s mission to drive process improvement and operational excellence across the organization. This role identifies inefficiencies, develops creative solutions, and supports change initiatives that leverage Tenaska’s proprietary system, PowerTools Platform (PTP), to deliver measurable results and create competitive advantage.
Serving as a PTP Specialist, this position plays a critical role in the implementation of the platform, helping transform front-, mid-, and back-office processes while driving efficiency, enhancing user experience, and enabling more effective ways of working across the business.
This is a high-impact opportunity to partner closely with stakeholders, influence how work gets done, and play a hands-on role in bringing innovative solutions to life.
