BUSINESS ENABLEMENT CONSULTANT – GENERATIVE AI & LOW/NO-CODE (x7)

Location: Johannesburg (Onsite)
Industry: Technology / Digital Transformation

A leading organisation is seeking multiple Business Enablement Consultants to drive the adoption of Generative AI and low-code/no-code solutions across the business.

This is a hands-on, embedded role ideal for individuals who can work directly with business users to deliver practical AI-driven solutions, improve workflows, and accelerate digital adoption.

THE ROLE

You will act as a bridge between business and technology, enabling users to adopt Generative AI tools and low-code platforms through real, in-the-flow-of-work solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

Embedded Enablement & Advisory


  • Working closely with business users to identify workflow opportunities for AI enablement

  • Providing hands-on, desk-side support to deliver real business outputs

  • Acting as a trusted advisor on effective and governed use of AI tools

Generative AI Enablement & Prompt Engineering


  • Designing, testing, and refining prompts for real-world business use cases

  • Building reusable prompt libraries and solution patterns

  • Guiding users on responsible and compliant use of AI tools such as Copilot and similar platforms

Low-Code / No-Code Solutioning


  • Designing and building automations using platforms such as Power Automate and related tools

  • Supporting business users in extending AI solutions through low-code capabilities

  • Standardising and documenting solutions for reuse across the organisation

AI Agents & Tooling


  • Configuring lightweight AI agents using approved enterprise tools

  • Ensuring all solutions meet governance, security, and data requirements

  • Collaborating with platform teams on more complex solution needs

Demand Shaping & Triage


  • Capturing and refining business requirements into clear problem statements

  • Supporting prioritisation and triage of incoming requests

  • Preparing structured escalation inputs for engineering or platform teams

Training & Adoption


  • Delivering targeted, workflow-based training sessions

  • Supporting adoption through office hours and small-group sessions

  • Contributing to training materials, playbooks, and enablement assets

  • Driving change management across business units

Governance & Reporting


  • Ensuring all solutions and artefacts are stored in approved repositories

  • Supporting reporting on adoption, usage, and value delivered

  • Maintaining visibility of risks, issues, and dependencies

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Key requirements:


  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools (e.g. Copilot, Claude, or similar)

  • Strong prompt engineering capability

  • Experience building low-code/no-code solutions (Power Platform preferred)

  • Experience working directly with business users in delivery-focused roles

  • Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions

  • Strong understanding of:

    • Workflow optimisation and automation

    • AI adoption in enterprise environments

    • Governance and compliance considerations

Advantageous:


  • Experience within financial services or regulated environments

  • Exposure to managed service delivery models

  • Experience working within Centre of Excellence (CoE) environments
