Within ASML, theCapital Efficiency(CE)department manages worldwideBusinessInsights andControl(BI&C)for invested and working capital. We do this with a team of highly professional and motivated people based in Veldhoven,Berlinand Wilton. As a part of the broader finance department in ASML, CE playsa crucial role in supporting informeddecision‑makingby translating complex financial and operational data into clear, coherent insights for management.

As an intern at ASMLwithin the CE department,you contribute right away as avalued team member toreal businesstopics in a dynamic, international environment.

Your assignment

We are looking for four interns within the Capital Efficiency teamin Veldhoven who are available for at least 32 hours per week Each intern will work as a full member of the team. In all four roles,you will have end-to-end responsibility for reporting tasks as well asperformingad-hoc analyses, recurring projects, and providing team support.

Each of the four internships is aligned with a specificexpertiseteam You will work primarily with your ownexpertiseteam,however, you will also be in regular contact with the other teams mentioned.

The fourencompassing roles are

• Role1General rolewith a broad scope on Working Capital,CashflowandBalanceSheet controlYourmaintaskswill be to conductconsolidated-like analyses onthebeforementionedtopicsFurther work/analysis is conducted on key company metrics and KPI’s (e.gReturn on Average Invested Capital, Cash Conversion Cycle and Cash Conversion Rate)This role worksfrequentlywith other teams (Inventory,CAPEX,Sales (BI&C CV),Procurement(BI&C SS&P), Treasury and Taxteams), andcombines all the individual driversinto combined and coherent insightsfor thehigher levels of management.Given the broad andconsolidatedscope of this role, we are looking for a candidate with a solid, well-balancedfinancial/accounting background, rather than a deep functional specialist. Looking for somebody that is interested in the broader picture, connecting the dotsand translating data into a story.

• Role 2 CREControlinternship role, whichencompasses support inCAPEX& OPEX managementand themanagement ofcontinuous improvements through aninitiativesroadmapwithinthe team This rolecoversmany recurring responsibilities which support the decision making of the team through both the preparation of events and tasks as well as the full responsibility for improvement initiatives. Furthermore, you engage withvarious differentfinancial processes related to CAPEX and OPEX with the goal toconsolidate, summarize, and visualize data to create insightsto higher levels of managementAheadstrong and composed candidate with an interest in managing a diverse range of activities, creating coherent insights, and driving constant improvement is ideal for this role.

• Role 3Inventory control internship role,which primarily focuses on inventory management and ownership across the end-to-end inventory flow. The role covers recurring responsibilities such as external repair and SRV analyses, combined with end-to-end responsibility for inventory reporting and ad-hoc analyses. In addition, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by supporting an initiatives roadmap within the team, with a strong focus on process automation and AI-driven improvements. You will work closely with stakeholders across business,sectorand finance. The role requires strong analytical skills combined with the ability to work effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders.

This is a Master internship with a minimum duration of 6 monthswith a minimum of 32 hours workedper week This internship provides the internwith sufficient flexibility to spend time onuniversity (course)work. The internship will start inJuly2026.

• AreaMaster student, at university level in the field of Business Economics,Finance, or AccountingHowever, Bachelor students are also encouraged to apply given a strong and matching background.

• Have an outstanding academic record and have proven affinity with topics that are related to business analytics, dataanalysesand or business intelligence.While wehighlyvalue strong academic(and professional)foundations,we consider motivation, team fit, and the ability to contribute effectivelyina dynamic environment equally important in our selection process.

• Are highly proficient in Office365 tools, such as Excel andPowerpointExperiencewith other tools such as SAPSACandPowerBIare aplus, butare notrequired

• Are able to manage a dynamic workload, fluctuating throughout the year and month.This implies being proactive and eager to learn when workload islow, andbeing able to handle the pace when workload is high.

• Have strong English skills, both verbally and in writing.

Other requirements you need to meet:

• You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;

• Attach your cover letter with a clear motivation why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular;

• You need to be located in the Netherlands to perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter needs to include the willingness to relocate.

• If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
