Sales Director Packaging Solutions GER/CH & Global KAM(m/f/d)

Role Purpose:

The Sales Director D&CH is responsible for driving revenue, profitability, and strategic growth across the Packaging Solutions business in Germany and Switzerland.

This role combines full regional sales leadership with direct International Key Account responsibility for strategic customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the regional sales strategy aligned with global objectives
• Own revenue, margin, and budget performance (AOP, forecast, latest estimate)
• Lead, develop, and manage the regional sales organization
• Drive business growth through market development and customer acquisition
• Directly manage and expand key strategic customer accounts
• Lead complex contract and pricing negotiations
• Develop and implement key account plans
• Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, R&D;, Operations, and Finance
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning Additional

Responsibilities:

• Support receivables and credit management processes
• Contribute to complaint resolution and escalation handling
• Participate in cross-functional and strategic projects
• Support supply chain coordination where required

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven track record in B2B sales leadership, ideally in packaging, printing, or specialty chemicals
• Strong experience in Key Account Management and complex customer environments
• Demonstrated success in delivering profitable growth
• Experience leading high-performing sales teams
