We continuously evolve our commercial approach to respond to changing market dynamics and healthcare needs across the EMEA region.
As a TIS Cluster Director, you will play a critical role in translating and embedding the EMEA TIS Sales & Marketing strategy into local markets. You will lead cross-country sales teams, drive business performance, and ensure consistent implementation of our evolving commercial approach across your cluster. Depending on the region, the GTM approach is direct or indirect sales.
This role combines strategic leadership, operational excellence, and strong stakeholder engagement in a dynamic, international environment. You are responsible for Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece and Cyprus.
University degree in Sales, Business, or a related field (medical, paramedical, or pharmaceutical background preferred), or equivalent experience.
Proven leadership experience in an international commercial setting in Italy and Spain.
Strong knowledge of sales techniques, both in direct and indirect sales models (distributors, agents, ...) and well informed about emerging trends in the interventional medical device industry.
Demonstrated ability to lead effectively in a complex, dynamic, and multicultural environment. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
Strong business insight, including strategic planning, financial management, and organizational leadership. Trackrecord in commercial change management and optimzing go-to-market strategies.
Compliance is high on your radar. Experience working across European markets with a well-established professional network.
Fluency in English and Italian or Spanish is a must.
You are based in Italy or Spain.
