Responsibilities

• Contribute to achieve long term strategic plan of expansion into key markets.
• Work with Senior Management to develop the selection criteria & key negotiation terms for technology licensing, JV or other collaboration methods
• Identify the areas of opportunities and focus for products & services recommendation
• Identify potential new markets locally and abroad, and create a plan to enter the market.
• Develop and use knowledge of the markets to identify, develop and support the Companys unique selling p propositions and differentiators.
• Analysis of customer research, current market trend and conditions information.
• Research, find, build, develop and enhance new & existing relationships with key business consultant, government, industry association, academic institutions in related areas and turn into business opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for selling and distributing channels that will lead to increase business opportunities.
• Attend related activities, such as conference and seminars, and provide feedback and information on market trends.
• Planning and preparing presentations. Conduct information sessions and other presentations of events, products and services to enhance existing/new relationships.

Requirements

• Degree/Diplomas in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or any related discipline
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in sales and business development from contract manufacturing, automation industry
• Proactive, dynamic and strategic sales management
• Possess excellent interpersonal & communication skill
• Familiar in using Microsoft Excel, Words and Powerpoint
• Regional travelling is expected
• In contract manufacturing context (Joint Venture):
  
  A company may enter a JV with a local or specialized manufacturer to jointly own and operate a manufacturing facility, specifically for producing their products.
• In contract manufacturing context (Technology Licensing):
  
  A company may license its technology to a third-party manufacturer (often overseas or in a different region), allowing them to produce goods using the licensors proprietary technology or formula, typically in exchange for royalty payments or fees.
