
Private Equity Business Development Vice President
About the Role
The Executive Partnerships Director will join the firm’s Business Development team and be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing investment opportunities that align with the firm’s strategic objectives and investment criteria. Based in Pittsburgh or remote, this individual will take a proactive approach to spearheading thematic proprietary deal origination strategies and building long-term relationships with founders and C-Suite executives across target industries. The role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscapes, as well as the ability to collaborate closely with internal investment and operations professionals, executives, and retained industry experts. The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven, strategic thinker with strong organizational skills, who brings a methodical, results-oriented approach to deal origination.
