Your new role
As our Business Development & Strategic Projects Lead, you will be the driving force behind inorganic growth and high-impact strategic initiatives. You will identify and pursue external opportunities – from co-promotion partnerships to new business models – while leading cross-functional teams to deliver results that expand our reach and redefine how we operate in the market.

The Business Development & Strategic Projects Lead reports to the Customer Engagement Director, and you will will sit at the intersection of commercial strategy and external growth – working closely with affiliate leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure we expand beyond organic growth through partnerships and strategic projects that accelerate our impact. This role is a single contributor position.

Bachelor’s degree in business/management or life science in addition to fluency in English and Korean
