Applies expert and specialized knowledge to the development, interpretation, and implementation of complex sales, marketing and pricing concepts, or techniques for strategic planning and business development.
Develops solutions to complex or unusual problems of substantial scope and complexity requiring considerable ingenuity and innovation relative to planning and business development. Develops new concepts, techniques and problem solving approaches. Management applies only limited direction, generally in the area of policy and overall objectives.Coordinates with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize, prepare and implement decisions regarding strategic plans, corporate development activities including acquisitions, JV’s and divestitures, new business development and planning, trended future requirements, government requirements, and revenue and operating forecasts.Researches, conducts diligence and prepares summary and detailed reports and studies on subjects such as pricing theory, market research, company research, competitive analysis, corporate structure, corporate development, analysis of investment opportunities and performance, and impact of governmental or regulatory requirements.Develops systems specifications, develops and installs PC databases of pertinent information for use in analyzing future revenue, operating and capital plans and forecasts. Functions as project leader, when assigned, and provides technical leadership to others as required.Conducts special studies to analyze complex business and corporate development actions and prepares recommendations for policy, procedure, control, or action. Interprets and applies complex or unusual corporate financial policies, government legislation, accounting theory or customer financial regulations as required to properly assess business development opportunities.Prepares studies, reports, and analysis in areas such as budgets, forecasts, financial plans, governmental requirements, statistical reports, cash flow projections, and business forecasts for specific business development opportunities.Analyzes and evaluates revenue and profit generating opportunities and profitability improvement strategies and recommends action to senior management.
Performs other duties as required. These duties may include assignments in job classifications and departments other than the primary assignment.
Minimum 4 Year / Bachelors Degree. Finance, Economics, Marketing, Accounting or another appropriate discipline.
Preferred Graduate Degree. Master of Business Administration.
If applicable, a combination of experience and training may be substituted for the education requirement.

Must be able to work in excess of eight (8) hours per day and five (5) days per week, if required. Additionally, those who work at NORDAM Repair Division must be able to ascend and descend stairs.

While performing the duties of this job, the Stakeholder is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
