You'll be working with plenty of data analysis and research, so if you're someone who enjoys diving deep into topics and turning raw information into meaningful insights, you'll feel right at home here.

The role will be published until 27th of August 2026

ABOUT THE JOB

  • You'll support the commercial development of our cruise business for assigned cruise line clients, markets and ports, helping us achieve our Intercruises growth objectives.
  • Acting as a key commercial contact for cruise line clients, you'll manage Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and handle ad hoc quotation requests with confidence.
  • You'll identify, negotiate and contract with local suppliers, ensuring we secure competitive costs whilst maintaining quality standards and compliance.
  • Preparing accurate financial and content proposals will be central to your role, ensuring alignment with client specifications, timelines and margin targets.
  • Working closely with our Operations teams, you'll ensure smooth alignment between quoted and delivered services, supporting excellent service delivery.
  • You'll develop and maintain compelling shore excursion portfolios for each port, keeping them relevant, high-quality and competitive in the market.

ABOUT YOU

  • You bring proven experience within the cruise or tourism industry, ideally in a commercial, sales or account management role.
  • Your strong commercial mindset is backed by demonstrated negotiation skills and a track record of building lasting client and supplier partnerships.
  • You have a solid understanding of the cruise industry landscape and tourism trends across different destinations.
  • Experience in supplier management, contracting and cost optimisation comes naturally to you.
  • You're confident working with financial data and digital tools such as Salesforce, CRM systems and task management platforms.
  • Your excellent communication and collaboration skills enable you to work effectively in our global, multicultural environment, with strong English and French language abilities (additional languages are a bonus).
  • You need to have a valid and clean driving license to be able to move across different ports in the area to visit suppliers
