Job Description

About the Role:

This is a full-time, execution-focused role supporting MoonTech’s growth strategy. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving qualified pipeline generation, supporting brand acquisition efforts, and contributing to revenue growth through structured outreach and deal execution.

You will work closely with senior team members to convert leads into active clients, while ensuring strong alignment between client goals and platform capabilities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and wants to build strong commercial and sales capabilities within a high-growth product company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a consistent top-of-funnel pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-ups

  • Support brand acquisition efforts, including outreach, pitching support, and deal coordination

  • Clearly communicate MoonTech’s value proposition around performance, control, and ROI to potential clients

  • Engage with prospects to understand their goals and assist in translating them into platform-based campaign opportunities

  • Maintain accurate tracking of pipeline activity, lead status, and conversion progress

  • Assist in improving outreach messaging, targeting, and campaign positioning

  • Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handover and onboarding

  • Support improvements in sales processes and playbooks through feedback and execution insights

Key KPIS:

  • Number of qualified leads generated per month

  • Pipeline conversion rate (lead → meeting → deal support)

  • Outbound activity metrics (emails, calls, meetings booked)

  • Contribution to monthly revenue targets (support role, not sole ownership)

  • Time-to-first-meeting and responsiveness

  • CRM hygiene and pipeline accuracy

What You Bring

  • 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or account growth

  • Exposure to B2B sales, SaaS, or digital marketing platforms is a plus

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and qualify prospects

  • Comfortable with structured outreach and high-volume activity

  • Basic understanding of sales funnels, KPIs, and pipeline management

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with clear targets and timelines

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
