iHeartArabi is looking for a junior Business Development Specialist to support revenue growth and partnerships.This role focuses on supporting the sales team with strategy, research, opportunities, and presentation materials.
Key Responsibilities
Opportunity Support
Identify potential partners in Qatar and the MENA region
Track leads and support outreach efforts
Assist in mapping opportunities for monetization
Sales & Pitch Support
Prepare decks and supporting materials
Adapt presentations based on client needs
Support RFP responses and proposals
Market Awareness
Stay updated on media, podcast, and brand activity
Track competitor activity and positioning
Internal Coordination
Work with creative and production teams to align proposals
Ensure business requirements are clearly communicated
Requirements
Strong communication in Arabic and English
Own proposal building for RFPs and pitches, ensuring the sales team has complete, client-ready materials
Strong presentation and structuring skills
Understanding of media, content, or advertising
Organized and responsive
Profile
Willing to learn and grow into a commercial role
Comfortable working across teams
Not purely academic, able to execute
Nice To Have
Regular podcast listener with strong awareness of formats and content trends
Existing network in Qatar or GCC
Exposure to sponsorship deals or partnerships
Experience working on live events or activations
Interest in media and entertainment trends
