We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Specialist with 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales. The ideal candidate has strong selling and negotiation skills, is confident engaging with decision-makers, and thrives in a target-driven environment.
Experience selling recruitment services, HR systems, or software solutions is highly preferred. However, we are open to candidates from niche B2B industries who demonstrate strong commercial instincts and proven sales performance.
This role combines new business development and account management You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, entering new markets, and acting as a trusted partner for your clients by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring long-term relationship success. Travel abroad may be required when needed.
