Position: Business Development Specialist
Paul Davis Restoration is looking for a professional and energetic Business Development Specialist to support growth initiatives in the Fire Response vertical. The position will be based in the Greensboro office and will be responsible for client and market research, growing the Paul Davis Brand both digitally and traditionally, event planning, event attendance, database administration and other sales & marketing objectives. The ideal candidate for this position will be both creative and detail orientated.
Hours/Week: Full-time, 40+ hours Compensation:

  • Strong base salary commensurate with experience plus commission
  • Medical, Dental and Vision Plan

Reports To: Owner Territory: Greater Greensboro

  • To generate revenue opportunities by directly consulting with property owners impacted by fire, water damage or other large-scale emergency events
  • To promote the fire and water damage services of Paul Davis of the Triad East
  • To build fire industry and community relationships

Primary Job Duties:

· Build strong relationships with current and potential clients to meet sales goals

o Majority of clients will be homeowners & Fire Industry Professionals

· Generate new business leads

· Increase brand awareness and market share

· Develop and manage yearly marketing budget

· Oversee and develop advertising and promotional campaigns

· Promote our brand at trade shows and other industry-specific events

· Update senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and report on the results of campaigns

Necessary Qualifications:
· Sales experience

· Must be outgoing, results orientated, and possess above average organizational skills

· Experience in curating marketing campaigns to drive growth

· Expressive and professional in verbal and written communication

· A responsible self-starter who enjoys working toward company goals

· Possess attention to detail and provide detailed progress reports

· Experience conducting independent research and preparing results

· A High-Level knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing opportunities

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience working with a CRM

· General knowledge of the restoration industry
