About the Role
This is a high-impact, commercially focused role at the core of MoonTech’s go-to-market expansion. You'll be responsible for building a healthy top-of-funnel pipeline, closing high-value brand partnerships, and contributing to the strategy and structure that fuels our rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, pitching, and closing deals with brands across key verticals.
Communicate MoonTech’s value proposition— performance, control, and ROI—with clarity and impact.
Understand brand goals and translate them into effective, scalable campaigns on the platform.
Track and report on pipeline health, conversion rates, deal velocity, and overall revenue performance.
Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Customer Success teams to improve onboarding, activation, and customer retention.
Help define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), messaging, and sales processes.
Build scalable sales infrastructure—playbooks, workflows, and repeatable operating models.
What You Bring
Proven experience in B2B sales or business development—ideally in SaaS, adtech, or performance marketing.
Strong commercial instincts with a results-driven approach to hitting targets.
Excellent communicator and natural closer, comfortable leading sales conversations from discovery to contract.
Experience building sales strategies and processes from the ground up.
Data-literate and confident working in fast-moving, unstructured environments
Bonus: Experience in influencer marketing or with AI-powered platforms.
