We are seeking a seasoned Techno-Commercial Leader for a Senior Manager / DGM – Business Development (Special Projects) role, focused on driving growth in the infrastructure segment across India. This role combines deep technical expertise in specialty materials such as emulsion polymers with strong commercial acumen to expand business across large-scale infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, and metro systems. You will play a critical role in identifying new opportunities, influencing product specifications, and building strategic relationships with government bodies, contractors, and consultants. The position requires a hands-on approach to both business development and technical problem-solving, along with the ability to collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure alignment with international standards and innovations.
