Identify and secure new B2B business opportunities within the logistics and courier industry
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across SME and corporate accounts
Develop customized logistics solutions based on client business needs
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and client presentations to negotiation and deal closure
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term business growth and customer retention
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence and effective solution delivery
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs while preparing regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
Contribute to strategic initiatives that support overall business expansion and revenue growth
Minimum 2–5 years of business development / sales experience
Must come from logistics service providers, including:
Courier / Express Delivery
Air Freight
Freight Forwarding
Parcel Delivery
Supply Chain / Logistics Solutions
Strong B2B sales and account acquisition experience
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Good understanding of logistics operations and service offerings
Ability to identify customer pain points and propose commercial solutions
Existing network within logistics-related industries is an added advantage
Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and commercially minded
Excellent communication and presentation skills
