Job Description

This position is based in Shanghai or SIP, China, and will be responsible for the following:

• Lead in joint venture setup with local SOE, and implement the business plan and strategies to grow EaaS business in SIP and Jiangsu province
• Conduct market research and analyse new business opportunities to drive business growth
• Plan and implement sales and marketing strategies and campaigns
• Manage development of new business opportunities and develop/prepare new business/commercial proposals
• Structure deals with business case analysis and negotiate prices for proposals
• Maintain and share professional knowledge through networking, events and presentations to generate new leads
• Co-ordinate with customers, related partners and design institutes to carry out pre-retrofit communications on technical related matters and co-ordination works
• Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor/the head of department from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Building Automation Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Business development experience in the energy and/or infrastructure sector, preferably related to HVAC and/or building services’ design
• Experienced in developing financial models
• Experience in BESS and digital AI based BIM system will be advantageous
• Certificate in CFA will be advantageous
• Ability to deliver presentations effectively
• Able to communicate and negotiate effectively with customers
